General Objectives
By the end of the module unit, the learner should be able to;
a) Understand facts and issues related to HIV and AIDS and other pandemics
b) Develop life skills that will enhance positive attitudes and prevention measures towards
HIV and AIDS and other pandemics in society
c) Promote care and support for people infected and affected with HIV and AIDS
d) Communicate effectively within society on issues and concerns related to HIV and AIDS
and other pandemics
