Purpose of Course
The purpose of this course is to help students explore the doctrine of the Church and the doctrine of eschatology with the aim of informing and illuminating their understanding of the church’s mission in the African context.
Course Objectives: By the end of the course the student should be able to
1. Explain the doctrine of the Church and eschatology
2. Analyze the Biblical images of the Church and the Christian teaching on end times
3. Apply the teachings of both the church and eschatology to the contemporary church in Africa.
