Purpose of the Course
The purpose of this course is to enable students gain knowledge and skills of evangelism and church planting.
Course Objectives: By the end of this course the student should be able to:
1. Define the biblical context and meaning of the word evangelism
2. Explain the importance of the skills in evangelism in the formation of mission practitioners
3. Develop a balanced approach towards evangelism as transformative kingdom oriented theology that seeks to undertake both proclamation and social action as one component.
4. Competently evangelize and plant churches in Africa.
