This purpose of this course is to introduce students to principles and tools of biblical exegesis and hermeneutics on various biblical texts.
Course Objectives: By the end of the course the student should be able to:
1. Identify principles of exegesis and a framework for interpretation.
2. Explain the academic and pastoral significance of exegetical and hermeneutical skills.
3. Apply principles and skills of exegesis and hermeneutics to specific Biblical texts.
