Purpose of the Course
The purpose of the course is to explain how the citizens of the kingdom were supposed to relate with the King both in worship and life. Special emphasis will be laid in the themes of creation and kingdom in the life of Israel
Course Objectives: By the end of this course the student should be able to
1. Relate the books of Psalms and Wisdom with the law of Moses
2. Describe the themes of creation, temple and Kingdom in both Psalms and Wisdom literature
3. Relate the main themes to contemporary issues and life in Africa
